Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Qask, a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) platform provided by Post Data Co., Ltd. (株式会社ポストデータ) ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
Definitions
- "Service": The GEO platform "Qask" and all associated features, content, and APIs provided by us.
- "User": Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
- "Account": The registration credentials created by a User to access the Service.
- "User Data": Any data, text, content, or information uploaded, entered, transmitted, or stored by a User through the Service.
- "GEO": Generative Engine Optimization — optimizing content and brand visibility to be cited and surfaced by generative AI search engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
- "Website": https://qask.tech and its subdomains.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- 1 You are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
- 2 If using the Service on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
- 3 You will not use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Account Registration and Management

Qask is a GEO platform that helps businesses optimize their content and brand presence across generative AI search engines. Features include (but are not limited to):
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. We are not liable for damages resulting from such changes.

Intellectual Property
Our Rights: All intellectual property rights in the Service (other than User Data) belong to us or our licensors.
License to Users: Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
User Data: You retain ownership of your User Data but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service.
Privacy and Personal Data
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services and APIs. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms. We bear no responsibility for their content, availability, or performance.
Disclaimers
- 1 The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- 2 Generative AI search engine algorithms and policies are subject to change at each provider's discretion. We make no guarantees regarding GEO outcomes or results.
- 3 Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
- 4 We are not liable for service interruptions due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or third-party attacks.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent we are liable to you, our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to damages from our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or damages that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Indemnification
If you violate these Terms or a dispute arises with a third party related to your use of the Service, you shall resolve such matter at your own cost and responsibility, and indemnify us for any damages incurred (including reasonable attorneys' fees).
Term and Termination
Termination by You: You may delete your Account at any time.
Termination by Us: We may suspend or delete your Account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or if we deem it necessary.
Survival: Provisions that by nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) shall continue in effect.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice via the Website or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Waiver and Severability
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or corporate reorganization.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
